About Tilman
Before moving into publishing, Tilman Freyenhagen spent 13 years on the insurers' side: at R+V and Condor he ran the life and health insurance business as authorised officer and head of key accounts. He knows insurance products from the contracts, tariffs and client conversations – not from theory.
In 2013 he joined Alsterspree Verlag as a partner, taking over sales and marketing. The publisher produces the trade magazine procontra and finance and insurance communication for intermediaries and insurers.
He supports nextsure in two roles: as an author who explains insurance topics where most questions arise – comparing tariffs, benefits and costs – and as an advisor who feeds his product and distribution experience into the magazine's editorial line.
